4 panelists - Belinda Willis, Pamela Stroud, James Elliott and Loren De Laine - shared their career journeys and leadership lessons in TOM "Pathway to TA Leadership" Masterclass.

As well as learning about their career journeys, panellists discussed future skills and the evolving role of technology and gave practical advise for TA professionals, such as:

• be a partner to the business, particularly with Finance. 
• be a problem solver, put your hands up for the less desirable jobs
• know the value you bring as a recruitment professional
• understand that TA isn't separate to HR, it's all one division working together to deliver the best solutions for the employees and the business. 
• don't be afraid of AI - learn to use it but know it won't replace you because the value of human connections is irreplaceable
